Heys Philippines, the local arm of global luggage innovator Heys, has introduced several new collections designed for style-driven and sustainability-minded Filipino travelers.
Known internationally as one of the creators of the world’s lightest luggage, Heys unveiled its latest product lines—including the HiLite Collection, the ReNew Collection, and the Heys Xero Elite 2.0—now available in major retail stores and online platforms nationwide.
A key highlight of the brand’s new offerings is the HiLite Collection, engineered with durability and expressive design in mind.
Available in Flamingo Pink, Aqua Breeze, Sunburst Yellow, Coral Reef, and Island Green, the luggage line features:
- 100% pure polycarbonate shell
- Fully lined, color-matching interior
- Zipper divider, large pockets, and compression straps
- Lightweight aluminum telescopic handle with multiple locking positions
- 360° dual spinner wheels
- Up to 20% expandable packing capacity
Joyce Carpiso, General Manager and Operations Head of Heys, Le Grand Boutique Philippines Inc., described it as a balance of aesthetics and performance.
“Every detail, from the color-matched interior to the smooth 360° spinner wheels, is thoughtfully designed for convenience and comfort,” she said. “Its vibrant shades also make it easy to spot from afar on the baggage conveyor.”
As part of its sustainability initiative, Heys also introduced eco-friendly options. The ReNew Collection is made of 100% recycled PET water bottles, with removable interior linings built from recycled PET as well.
Meanwhile, the Heys Xero Elite 2.0, described as one of the lightest luggage lines in the world, is crafted using ultra-light recycled PET materials and components.
Carpiso said these innovations reflect the company’s direction toward responsible travel.
“Heys has been developing collections made from recycled and sustainable materials, including eco-friendly shells and linings. It’s part of the brand’s ongoing effort to promote responsible travel,” she added.
Complementing these releases is the Heys Ecotex Packing Cubes line—available in regular and compressible versions—also made from 100% recycled nylon.
Heys Philippines continues to expand through new store placements, pop-up events, and upcoming collaborations. One of its upcoming projects includes a special partnership with an airline for a pet-carrier collection.
