Social media personality Kier Garcia, widely known as Fhukerat, continues to trend online after being denied entry to Dubai, UAE on November 18 due to what immigration officers reportedly described as an “identity mismatch.”

The incident prompted widespread debate, fueled by conflicting accounts from Fhukerat and beauty CEO–influencer Queen Hera, who was traveling with him at the time.
In a YouTube video posted on November 21, Fhukerat explained that his appearance did not match the gender marker on his passport, which led to the refusal of entry.
“’Yong reason kung bakit hindi ako nakapasok ng Dubai, hindi sa pananamit ko, hindi sa make-up ko… Ang sabi sa akin ng officer: ‘It’s because your identity does not match your passport.’”
He said Dubai immigration reiterated that gender expression is allowed, but rules regarding documentation must still be followed: “There’s nothing wrong about you… pero rules are rules. Ito ‘yong rules namin,” the officer allegedly told him.
He added that it was his first time in Dubai and that he was not familiar with their strict protocols.
“It’s totally fine. I understand that I should abide by the law… It’s my first time, so I don’t have any idea.”
Fhukerat also addressed the online insults directed toward his appearance and identity, saying: “Okay lang na sabihing hindi ko inalam ang rules, pero huwag naman sanang insultuhin ang hitsura ko.”
On November 22, Queen Hera released her own statements on TikTok, contradicting several points in Fhukerat’s story.
According to her, Fhukerat was stopped before even reaching the immigration counter, due to multiple behavioral violations allegedly caught on CCTV.
“Pinakadulo pa lang ng linya, naharang na siya. Bakit kaya? Hindi pa nakakarating sa Immigration Officer.”
She detailed several alleged incidents:
• Pagiging maingay at hindi mahinahon
Queen Hera said she repeatedly warned Fhukerat to behave—both at NAIA and upon landing in Dubai.
“Pagbaba pa lang ng eroplano, sumisigaw na ng ‘Welcome to Dubai!’”
• Pagpasok sa female comfort room
This, she said, was a serious violation strictly monitored in Dubai airports.
• Pagyayabang umano sa Immigration
Hera claimed that while being held, Fhukerat insisted: “I am celebrity! I’m famous!”
Dubai authorities allegedly responded: “This is not about the dress — this is about national security.”
• Multiple grounds, not just identity mismatch
Queen Hera insisted the denial was not solely about the gender marker but also due to conduct and security concerns.
“Hindi lang ‘identity mismatch’ ang issue. Marami siyang violations.”
Hera said she was not allowed to return to check on Fhukerat once he was held for questioning.
She also revealed that Dubai immigration declared Fhukerat blacklisted: “Do not ever come back to Dubai again.”
Some netizens accused Queen Hera and her team of allegedly “setting up” Fhukerat for humiliation abroad.
Queen Hera denied this:
- She said all travel expenses came from her
- She also said she was unaware Dubai had become this strict
- She emphasized she had traveled there many times before without issues
After Fhukerat returned to the Philippines and resumed posting content—including Miss Universe reaction videos—Hera said she felt she was left to deal with all the backlash.
“Nakalimutan mo ata ang ugali ko dati… basta naabuso na ako, lalaban ako.”
She claimed that Fhukerat’s public statements unfairly caused backlash toward: Her, their companions, their travel agency, her business. Hera later blocked him on social media.
One netizen commented: “Bakit prang ibang iba ung kwento ni Fhukerat sa kwento nyo madam?”
Queen Hera replied bluntly: “Sinungaling kase.”
As of this writing, Fhukerat has not issued a response to Queen Hera’s allegations.
Dubai has not released an official statement, but immigration rules in the UAE are known to be strict regarding behavior, gender-based spaces, and documentation accuracy.
For now, the public awaits whether Fhukerat will address Queen Hera’s detailed allegations—or if this online clash will continue to unfold across multiple platforms.
