RePlay (Reinventing Play), an organization of thought leaders and experts on play-based learning, is inviting teachers, parents, and play advocates to the first-ever RePlay Summit—a day dedicated to discovering the importance of purposeful play in early childhood development. This event will take place on November 15, 2025, at Museo Pambata, just in time for World Children’s Month. 
With the theme Pledge to Play for a Better Tomorrow, the RePlay Summit will feature insightful talks, interactive play areas, enriching forums, and more that aim to equip attendees with the tools to help raise creative, resilient, and empathetic children. The event will become a space for learning and engaging with a community that is united by the goal of nurturing growth through curiosity, creativity, and connection.
The summit sets the stage for an incredible lineup of speakers, led by De La Salle University Professor and Educational Consultant Ms. Maricar Gustilo-De Ocampo as the keynote speaker. She will be talking about “The Past, Present, and Future of PLAY.” Joining her are Ms. Nina Lim-Yuson, Founder of Museo Pambata, to share her kindness story, and Ms. Laila Pornel-Espital, Founder of The Weekend Wild Child, who will discuss the beauty of risky and outdoor play. Ms. Inah Salazar, Executive Director of Love Education Philippines, will also be sharing her knowledge about the connection between children and the natural world. 
The afternoon session highlights “The Art of Building a Kinder World,” a talk by Ms. Bambi Mañosa-Tanjutco, former President of Museo Pambata. There will also be a forum entitled “Play Landscapes: A Forum on Play Through Diverse Lenses.” This will spotlight different approaches to learning through play—from the Reggio Emilia method and the playful power of music to the importance of inclusive and mindful play. The forum will be led by experts who are equally passionate about learning through play and sharing their knowledge and experiences with fellow educators and play advocates.
In addition to the thought-enriching sessions, the summit will offer hands-on activities to bring the summit’s themes to life. Attendees will be invited to explore engagement stations with play invitations, participate in fun and educational games, and enjoy full access to the Museo Pambata exhibits. The Happy Blue House will also be present as a collaborator to make the event more fruitful for the participants. 
Since its inception in 2022, RePlay (Reinventing Play) has championed the belief that play is not just an activity but a transformative approach to learning. What began during the pandemic as a way to creatively and sustainably use toys for child development has grown into a thriving community of curious minds and passionate play advocates.
