PNB Holdings Corporation (“PHC”) announced that its Investor Relations (IR) function will now be under its Chief Financial Officer, Ponciano S. Carreon Jr., reinforcing the company’s commitment to streamlining its finance and investor relations dealings in view of the company’s growth and capital markets initiatives.
Carreon brings three decades of combined experience in real estate, banking, and finance. Before joining PHC, he served as CFO, Corporate Treasurer, and Investor Relations Head at Century Properties Group, Inc. In the banking sector, he was previously an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Northpoint Development Bank. He also held key roles as a bank controller for a domestic savings bank, a bank auditor for a universal bank, and a bank examiner at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
A Certified Public Accountant, Carreon began his career at SGV & Co. and is a proud graduate of San Beda University.
