The Japan Professional Basketball League (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Shinji Shimada; hereinafter referred to as “B.LEAGUE”) is pleased to announce that it has concluded agreements with seven broadcasters across five countries and regions outside Japan, enabling international distribution of selected B1 League games during the Resona Group B.LEAGUE 2025–26 season. Including licensed distribution territories, games will be broadcast in up to 38 countries and regions worldwide—the largest international coverage in league history.

B.LEAGUE has been actively expanding its international business operations, particularly across Asia, and has worked to increase opportunities for overseas audiences to watch league games. B.LEAGUE clubs have demonstrated a strong presence in international competitions such as the East Asia Super League (EASL) and the FIBA Basketball Champions League Asia (BCL Asia), while an increasing number of international players with experience in elite leagues such as the NBA and Euro League have joined B.LEAGUE clubs. As a result, global interest in Japanese basketball continues to grow.

Against this backdrop, B.LEAGUE has expanded its international broadcast coverage to more countries and regions than last year. Through continued international distribution, the league aims to further raise awareness and attract new fans worldwide.

The Resona Group B.LEAGUE ALL-STAR GAME WEEKEND 2026 IN NAGASAKI, scheduled for January 16–18, 2026, will also be streamed via selected international platforms, as well as on B.LEAGUE’s official YouTube and Facebook channels for free (excluding viewers in Japan).

*Please note that artist performances are not included in the international broadcast.
