Angel Aquino will play a loving mother who will be raped by a man she welcomed into her home and family on “Ipaglaban Mo” this Saturday (July 21).
Linda (Angel) is a loving mother and wife, whose beauty still shines despite the early signs of aging.
She and her husband work hard to make sure their children finish their studies but will be saddened when their eldest daughter gets pregnant.
Although the situation is disappointing, they consider her pregnancy a blessing and welcome her boyfriend Nardo (AJ Muhlach) into their family as a son-in-law. She even gives him a job in the corn business of their family.
Despite the kindness they show him, Nardo does the unthinkable to his mother-in-law and succumbs to his lust and rapes her in her own home.
