Years ago, living in together with one’s significant other before marriage was described as taboo, and often thought of as immoral. But now, many couples choose to move in together before making the commitment to tie the knot. Oftentimes, they say that it’s because they want to realize whether their relationship will work when they’re living under one roof or not.
Two of the most sought after female actors went for this kind of set-up, and are very much happy about their current status. These are Nadine Lustre and Empress Schuck, partnering with their respective boyfriends – actor James Reid and non-showbiz personnel Vino Guingona, respectively.
The hottest loveteam JaDine of Nadine Lustre and James Reid have not officially disclosed that they have been living-in together, but they completely agree to this matter.
In a previous interview with the ABS-CBN News, Nadine did not confirm nor deny the speculation. She just reiterated that if the rumors were true, “So what, we are in a year where people are already open-minded and where society is more accepting.”
“I mean if that was true so what? Di ba? It’s like not new anymore. There are younger couples na mas young pa sa akin and it’s normal na, come on guys it’s 2017. I am not gonna confirm and I am not gonna deny but then like ano naman?”
This statement of Nadine made the netizens conclude that she and James are already living together. But on the report of Pep, James broke his silence and reacted, “I don’t know about it, but I like Nadine’s answer. It’s true.”
On the same note, Empress Schuck is living in one roof with non-showbiz boyfriend and openly disclosed this and it is all fine with her.
In an interview with PEP, during the new television series press conference of ‘Hiram na Anak,’ she publicly said that she is happily staying together with Vino Guingona with their daughter Athalia.
The couple has been in a four-year relationship and though they are not yet married they are happy and contented. Though the couple does not see each other every day, because her boyfriend lives in a province she noted that Vino visits her in Manila every month.

“Opo. Pero kasi ano, e, based siya sa Zamboanga, so parang LDR [long-distance relationship] kami. Every month po siya umuuwi [dito sa Manila].”
On the possibilities of Empress and Vino marrying soon, the actress is open to this idea and she assures that there will be a right time for that moment.
“So, kapag may isang gagawin kaming importanteng bagay, which is yung marriage na importante, ‘Sana naman this time kailangan planuhin natin. Bigyan natin ng importance talaga. So, sana we’re going to make it right this time. So, kailangan ano kami, buo yung loob namin, planuhin talaga namin. Ayaw naming gawin just because napi-pressure lang kami.”
