Loisa Andalio has already faced a number of controversies and issues this 2019. Last March, Loisa was put in the hot seat after an alleged video scandal went viral online.
The controversy gained mixed reactions from netizens and even some of her colleagues.
Some were doubtful that it was indeed the Kapamilya star while others were convinced because of the tattoo on her hand.
Her two-year-relationship with Ronnie Alonte was also questioned after the controversy. The two opened up about their relationship during the promo of their Metro Manila Film Festival movie ‘Fantastika.’
During the press con for ‘Past, Present, Perfect,’ a showbiz reporter asked Loisa if it was her first press con after the controversies she faced earlier this year. Loisa appeared clueless and asked the reporter, “Ano po ‘yun?”
Since the reporter could not clarify his question without going into the details of the video scandal, he decided to commend Loisa’s courage in facing controversies instead. “Mukhang matapang ka talaga ‘no? Nakakabilib.”
To which Loisa replied, “Opo, kailangan natin maging matapang.”
The reporter also said, “Loisa ‘pag ikaw, kahit anong hirap or kahit gaano katindi ang pagdaanan mo sa buhay mo, never kang sumuko. Gaano ka kalakas talaga? ‘Yung totoo.”
The question made Loisa emotional and she was not able to give an answer.
When asked what they learned from their character in the series, Loisa regained her composure and answered, “Ang daming lesson ni Shantal. Si Shantal kasi noong 2003, alam niya ‘yung gusto niyang gawin. Naniniwala siya sa kakayahan niya and lalo siyang naniwala nung naniwala si Sir Daniel. Parang ganun ‘yun. Naniniwala ako sa kakayanan ko pero mas maganda kapag naniniwala din ‘yung taong mahal mo o ‘yung nakapaligid sa ‘yo.”
Loisa Andalio has a new leading man in Vin Abrenica in this new digital series, which will stream on iWant. She is also set to appear with her boyfriend Ronnie Alonte in the upcoming movie entitled ‘James And Pat And Dave’ under Star Cinema.
