Recently, Kapuso actor Alden Richards collaborated with BFCLab, one of the country’s largest fabricators of health and wellness supplements.
The Asia’s Multimedia Star is the new brand ambassador for Cosmo Cee.
In a Facebook live, Entertainment writer Ricky Lo got the chance to interview Pambansang Bae Alden on his thoughts of people tagging him as the new King of Commercials.
“Ikaw na daw ngayong ang King of Commercial, anong masasabi mo?” Lo asked.
The actor shyly laughed and replied, “Di naman po masyado.”
When Alden was asked if he has criteria for choosing products to endorse the actor answered, “Siyempre po kung paano ang ginagawa sating mga brands. Background check po. Kung kumusta po yung kanilang standing, yung public market, kung there’s anegative image about the brand or product.”
After considering the brand’s standing and positive image, the actor doesn’t hesitate to partner for the said endorsement, “Yun lang naman po eh. once wala naman pong ganun yung products na gusto akong kunin o gawing endorser parang we immediately get it and enter with a partnership with them.”
Also, Alden makes sure that his endorsements won’t be just beneficial for him. He also shared that one of the reasons he signed up with Cosmo Cee is to be able to raise health awareness in this time of pandemic.
“Isa rin po sa reason para kunin yung Cosmo Cee para to raise awareness to take care of our health because of this pandemic.”
Last June, Alden was chosen to be the newest face for Thai dermo-cosmetic skincare brand Oxecure from Thailand.

2019 to 2020 has been good for the actor’s career. Upon receiving the 2019 Seoul International Drama Award, he was also named the Asia Multimedia Star.
He top-billed the #1 Filipino highest-grossing film, Hello, Love Goodbye with actress Kathryn Bernardo. He also won the Young Educators Convergence of SoCCSKSarGen, Inc (YECS) 5th Aral-Parangal 2019 Movie Actor of the Year for the said movie.
