On August 26, during the media conference for Click Like Share Season 2, Kapamilya star Maymay Entrata said she’s happy for Kisses Delavin, who joined Miss Universe Philippines 2021.
Entrata expressed her support to her fellow Pinoy Big Brother Otso housemate.
“Masaya ako para sa kanya, anytime kung gusto niyang kausapin ako, nandito lang ako para suportahan siya.
“Pinagpe-pray ko na sana maging successful ka at maging satisfied ka sa dream mo na ‘yan, sa pangarap mo naging beauty queen.”
Entrata then recalled her previous conversations with Delavin about her dreams of joining beauty pageants.
“Kahit noong nag-artista na kami, panay kwento pa rin siya sa dream niya na ‘yun nga maging beauty queen.
“Matagal na kaming hindi nag-usap. Siguro last time na minessage ko siya ay ‘yung birthday pa niya. Hindi na rin kasi siya masyadong active sa social media kaya wala na kaming communication.”
Career-wise, Entrata clarified that she doesn’t want to follow in Delavin’s footsteps in joining beauty pageants.
“Wala po akong balak sir, unang-una kulang po talaga.
“Kasi kung ano po ‘yung binibigay po sa akin doon din po talaga ‘yung prina-priority ko. Sa ngayon dahil acting, pina-priority ko siya. Performing, pina-priority ko siya. Pero hindi ko kino-close ‘yung opportunity ko sa modeling.”
Entrata and Delavin have been close since their stay in the PBB House. Despite their fans pitting them against each other, the two remained good friends.
Entrata also sent out a message of support to Delavin during the media conference.
“Lagi mo lang tatandaan na kung nawawala ka nanaman or may nababasa kang na hindi okay, sana hindi mo hayaan na magpa-apekto sa mga sinasabi nila.”
As for her latest project, Entrata stars in the Click Like Share Season 2 episode titled Lurker. She portrays the role of Beng, a hardworking waitress who suffers the dangers of oversharing on social media.
Aside from Lurker, Click Like Share Season 2–also offers three exciting episodes Altered with Tony Labrusca, Found with Barbie Imperial and Jerome Ponce, and Barter with Janella Salvador.
