Athena Madrid, younger sibling of Kapuso star Ruru Madrid had a big revelation about her elder brother during the To Have and To Hold media conference, on Tuesday, September 21.
The female Madrid is part of the stellar cast of the newest Kapuso show top-billed by Carla Abellana, Max Collins, and Rocco Nacino.
The young star said in the mediacon her brother Ruru was very generous not just to but also to everyone, concluding that he has no savings up to the present.
“Si Kuya kasi, I mean hindi dahil sa kapatid ko s’ya, pero nakikita ko sa kanya na parang wala s’yang pakialam sa pera talaga eh.
“‘Pag meron kang gusto bibilhin n’ya hindi lang dahil kapatid n’ya ako, pero sa lahat talaga, sobrang generous n’yang tao. So feeling ko baka wala nga s’yang ipon eh,” shared her thoughts.
Ruru was also present in the mediacon, joined in as he hinted his younger sister wanted a gift from him.
“Rere (Athena) may papabili ka ata ah. Online send ko na lang sa ‘yo ha? Gucci Gucci,” he joked.
Aside from Athena, To Have and To Hold boasts a stellar supporting cast, which is composed of Luis Hontiveros, Gilleth Sandico, Ina Feleo, Valeen Montenegro, Bing Pimentel, JC Tan, and Roi Vinzon.
This is also a big break for Madrid and Hontiveros, who for the first time will team up in this series. They will portray Grace and Daryl, respectively.
