Claudine Barretto was furious and could not contain her anger as she ranted against a hospital in Quezon City, for not tending to her needs quickly during her visit.
On November 15, Barretto expressed her sentiments via Instagram live regarding Quirino Memorial Medical Center’s poor quality of services.
“Hello my palanggas and Claudinians, I just had to share this with you guys kasi talagang parang sasabog na ang dibdib ko,” Barretto started her rant.
Barretto was rushed over to a hospital due to stomach and body pain complaints.
“I am now at the Quirino Memorial Hospital. I’ve been waiting for… almost two hours and kaya nga emergency kasi nga dapat mabilis ‘di ba? Because I’m in so much pain, may sharp shooting pain ako sa stomach ngayon and my whole body is aching.”
Barretto complained that she waited for more than two hours inside the emergency room, and no one assisted her.
“So they made me wait, and then ang tagal ng doktor na nag-a-attend sa akin…”

In the middle of her rant, Barretto’s sounds were cut off, leaving her still talking. But no audio was heard during the last half of her complaint.
Barretto’s Instagram live video has already been deleted, but some Netizens have recorded the episode and uploaded it on YouTube.
Quirino Memorial Medical Center has yet to disclose its explanation regarding the incident with Barretto.
