Via Instagram, Kris Aquino explained why she posted her recent relief operations to the victims of typhoon Odette.

On December 25, Aquino shed light on why she shared the relief operations on her social media platforms.
“Alam ko na babanatan ako ng mga ilan dahil sa posts ko BUT did you think maawat niyo ko? Bakit niyo ko tuturuan to quietly help? Hindi ko ninakaw ‘yung perang ginamit, hindi pera ng gubyerno, galing sa sarili kong bulsa.”
Aquino admitted that her money for the relief operations came from her own pockets.
“Kahit PASKO, sorry I’m not a bit sorry, PASENSYAHAN tayo. Sa mga haters & bashers, obvious ba? I’m not my brother, who was too humble & proper for his own good, who chose to suffer in silence kaya namihasa na lang kayo.
“Iba na ang panahon, BECAUSE haters, bashers, and trolls YOU are now getting the AQUINO you super deserve dahil 6 years old pa lang, PALABAN na ‘ko.
“And to my loyal friends, followers, & supporters, basta hindi feeling perfect na mapanghusga, you’ll receive what you deserve, ‘yung for life kong pangako na sa oras na pangangailangan gagawan ko ng paraan na ako’y inyong maasahan & lovelovelove tayo habang buhay,” she stated.
In her caption, Aquino thanked her partner, Secretary Mel Sarmiento, former Department of the Interior and Local Government.
On December 24, before issuing her statement, Aquino posted a series of photos and videos featuring herself doing relief operations to help those affected by typhoon Odette.

Netizens have reacted to Aquino’s courage in spitting facts about her brother’s achievements:
Surprisingly, when Kris, an Aquino, posted re: his brother's projects finished during the Duterte admin, some people actually listened.
Minsan talaga, it's not about what's said (or not said), but who said certain things talaga ano?

Imagine being angry at the consistent highest individual income taxpayers in the PH (Kris Aquino & Sharon Cuneta) for their political affiliations. And at Leni for highest COA rating 3 yrs in a row. Pero tax evader ang gusto mo maging President? What does that say about you?

Kris Aquino is a genius in timing. She knows when to keep mum about issues, but she is ever-observant of all things. When she does speak out, she is real and terrifying. Foolish it is to underestimate the power of this superwoman.

In one IG post, Ms. Kris Aquino was able to explain PNoy’s achievements better than anyone of us at PCOO during PNoy’s term and after.
Go tell ‘em Ms. Kris!
