Former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) host Mariel Rodriguez was asked if she will ever return to hosting the reality show.
On February 6, via Instagram Stories, Rodriguez admitted she has no plans of returning as one of the hosts of the show, saying that the current hosts are already doing well.
She asked her followers on Instagram to ask her some questions. A Netizen asked: “Babalik ka pa ba mag-host sa PBB?”
“Hindi na po siguro, I think they are doing good with their hosts now, but PBB will always give me the best memories,” she answered. In September 2020, amidst the allegations of her not supporting her mother network, Rodriguez claimed she did not keep quiet on the ABS-CBN shutdown.
“Hindi ako nanahimik. Hindi mo lang narinig yung way ko of standing up for them.
“Just because hindi ako nag rally at hindi ako nag-noise barrage, hindi nun ibig sabihin na nanahimik ako. False ka din,” she said.
In October 2020, Rodriguez was hoping that she can go back to ABS-CBN at the right time.
“ABS-CBN is my home. In my mind and in my heart…when the time is right I will be back,” she stated.
