Newest GMA Network series Artikulo 247, failed to sustain the rating of its preceded show Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra.
On March 7, the Jorron Lee Monroy-helmed premiered on the GMA Network’s Afternoon lineup, replacing Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra.
Artikulo 247 earned a 6.1% rating during its pilot airing, ranking 9th in the AGB Nielsen rating chart.
The show failed to sustain the finale rating of Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra that concluded on March 4 with a 7.4% rating, ranking 7th.
However, it surpassed the pilot rating of Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra that earned a 5.9% rating on November 15, 2021.
Meanwhile, Artikulo 247 trended on Twitter during its pilot airing and ranked as the #5 most-trending topic that day.
On YouTube, its 3-part pilot episode earned a total of 109k views as of writing.
Artikulo 247 stars Rhian Ramos and Kris Bernal as Jane Ortega-Borromeo and Klaire Almazan/Carmen Villarama, respectively. It also includes Benjamin Alves as Noah Borromeo, Mark Herras as Elijah Borromeo, Mike Tan as Julian Pineda, Glydel Mercado as Rose Ortega, and Victor Silayan as Alfred Almazan.
Jane Ortega is a career woman who has an affair with her boss, Alfred (Jome), married to Klaire Almazan (Kris). Klaire caught the two in bed one night and killed her husband in a fit of wrath. As per Article 247, Klaire is subjected to destierro or exile. Years later, she returns under the guise of Carmen Villarama. She sets out to harass Jane, who attempts to start over and pick up the pieces with Noah Borromeo (Benjamin Alves), fueled by revenge. On the other hand, Noah’s brother, Elijah Borromeo (Mark), falls in love with Carmen.
