Netizens warned married couples that if the groom cried during the wedding ceremony, he would eventually cheat on his wife.
This belief came after Moira dela Torre and Jason Marvin ended their 3-year-marriage on May 31. Jason admitted that he has been unfaithful to his wife.
Netizens then recalled the wedding ceremony of Moira and Jason, wherein the latter was in tears while watching Moira walk down the aisle.
Netizens then joked that he would most likely cheat on his bride if the groom cried during the wedding ceremony.
They named other celebrity couples like Aljur Abrenica and Kylie Padilla, Jon Gutierrez and Jelai Andres, and Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana, who all broke up after the husband cheated. All the mentioned husbands also cried while their bride walked down the aisle.
One Facebook page named Setup Moto compiled all the photos of the mentioned grooms during their wedding day while they were either crying or on the verge of tears. The page noted that grooms should not cry as this would reveal a pattern leading to break-up.
