Following rumors of TVJ bumping off It’s Showtime’s timeslot on TV5, Kapamilya host-comedian Vice Ganda dropped hints about the possible new route for the Kapamilya noontime show.
During the Tawag ng Tanghalan segment on the June 9 episode, Vice playfully teased the audience by singing lines from GMA Network’s theme song, ‘Kapuso Makulay ang Buhay.’

Alongside this, Vice and Anne Curtis also made heart signs, further fueling speculation about what lies ahead for It’s Showtime amidst the anticipated changes in the noontime lineup.

Currently, It’s Showtime airs live at 12nn on A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, and TV5.
However, following Tito, Vic, and Joey’s official entry to TV5 through their agreement with Media Quest, persistent rumors have been circulating online that TVJ will take over It’s Showtime’s timeslot on TV5, while the latter will be moved to a pre-primetime slot with delayed telecast.
Although Tito Sotto clarified that they are not involved in discussions regarding timeslot arrangements, netizens continue to express concerns about the future of the Kapamilya noontime show on the Kapatid network.
Several netizens, meanwhile, believed that It’s Showtime airing on GTV would be a win for the Kapuso network’s business.
