On July 26, Actor Piolo Pascual discussed what he requires for his ideal home.
At the media event for Filigree’s ‘1001 Parkway Residences’ in Filinvest City, Alabang, which LionhearTV covered, Pascual highlighted how he values residential amenities that incorporate nature.
“An ideal home for me, it has to fit my lifestyle. It has to have access to all I need– whether [it’s] for work or for fun. And of course, it’s important for me to have something that you can do outdoors.
“And you know, when you’re able to run outside. Even if you’re working everyday–you just feel like you’re in your own space.”
He also emphasized how he values privacy and accessibility when selecting his ideal home.
“And to actually live here, it feels good because you can still be private, you can still feel isolated, but at the same time, you can feel the city’s flow. And if you go around this area. You don’t have to leave everything you need is just around you.
“The kind of place I want to be in, the kind of home is–is a place I guess that I can kind of stay home, order in, or if I want to watch a movie, go out, dine outside, I can just you know, wear shorts, or any–and slippers and just go. So to me, it’s very important to me, accessibility is very important. And, of course, ‘yung living comfortable.”
The upscale estate developer Filigree unveiled its most recent residential project: The ‘1001 Parkway Residences’ in Filinvest City, Alabang.
Pascual revealed that he had already bought a unit with 1001 Parkway Residences.
“We bought a unit, and we’re actually going to move here. It’s a nice place with a little edge, especially when you see the tree-lined streets here. And, of course, the bike trail. And when you jog around in the morning, you can see and feel that nature is still around you–even if you are in Manila or further south, Metro South.”
As for 1001 Parkway Residences, the high-rise infrastructure is the latest addition to Filigree’s collection of residential properties, including The Beaufort in BGC, The Enclave Alabang in Daang Hari, Bristol, Botanika Nature Residences Tower 1, and Two Botanika in Filinvest City, and Golf Ridge Private Estate in Filinvest Mimosa+ in Clark, Pampanga
