MTRCB Chairperson Lala Sotto weighed in on the matter, expressing her belief that apologies could make a difference.
“Honestly, I personally think that, yes, it will help, but siyempre, may kanya-kanyang pag-iisip ang board. Hindi ko naman kontrolado ang kanilang kaisipan. Pero yes, makakatulong talaga,” she told Rose Garcia and other media people in an event.
