“Monina,” the mother of the victim, approached the program after her son “Nathan” told her that his father and her husband was inappropriately touching him. Nathan, who casually told her mother about the repeated abuse, is still young enough to not understand it isn’t right.
Monina has already received numerous complaints from their employees of her husband sexually harassing other men, but just didn’t mind them.
To protect Nathan from his own father, Monina temporarily made their son stay at a friend’s house. However, her husband started turning his anger towards their two daughters.
Meanwhile, Karen Davila looks into the violent fight between two relatives in “Pinoy True Stories: Engkwentro” tomorrow (Feb 5). Irene and her niece Heidi got into a wild dispute after both of their children fought. Instead of resolving the kids’ misunderstanding, the two women have turned against each other and argued over how their kids should be disciplined.
