Kapamilya educational program surging to new heights and another Kapamilya children’s program spoiling Kapuso rival.
ABS-CBN’s “Matanglawin” jumped several notches on Sunday April 29 reaching new heights on its ratings history. Based on the latest numbers from AGB Nielsen NUTAM People ratings for April 29 – 30, 2017, the Kuya Kim led program surged to the number 4 spot on Sunday with 4.5% beating rival “iBilib” with 3.6% ratings. This is just the 2nd time that “Matanglawin” entered the Sunday’s top 10 for this year. The first was last April 23 where it placed 9th tied with “AHA!” with 2.7% and the 2nd was the most recent April 30 which featured teen love team MayWard (Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber).
Meanwhile on primetime, Kapuso’s latest fantasy program “Daig Kayo Ng Lola ko” failed to impress on its premier as “Wansapantaym” continues to rule the timeslot. “Wansapanataym” scored 9.5% to capture the 3rd spot besting Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko’s pilot with 8.5% good for rank number 4.
“The Voice Teens” remains Saturday leader with 11.1% while “Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho” is back on Sunday top spot with 11.0% ratings
