Vice Ganda is finally set to appear on GMA Network’s iconic gag show ‘Bubble Gang’—a crossover years in the making for two giants of Philippine comedy.

The ‘It’s Showtime’ host teased the news on Instagram Stories, posting a bouquet of white roses with a note that read: “Dear Vice, Thank you for guesting. Batang Bubble ka na!”
He captioned it with a smiling emoji and a red heart. A ‘Bubble Gang’ executive has since confirmed the appearance, though an air date has yet to be announced.
The guesting fulfills a public wish Vice voiced back in 2023, when he said he had long wanted to drop by the show and was simply “waiting for an invitation.”
Around the same time, ‘Bubble Gang’ mainstay and creative force Michael V.—who previously guested on ‘It’s Showtime’—welcomed the idea, saying nothing is impossible in comedy and TV and even floating a potential skit collaboration.
‘Bubble Gang,’ currently celebrating three decades on air, recently went viral for timely parodies, including a take on figures linked to the flood-control corruption probe, with Michael V. impersonating contractor Sarah Discaya. Vice’s appearance adds fresh intrigue to the show’s run and marks another milestone in ongoing collaborations between Kapamilya and Kapuso talents.
‘Bubble Gang’ airs Sundays at 6:15 p.m. on GMA Network.
