Maxim Rides & Food Delivery officially launched its Motorcycle Taxi service in Batangas City on December 17, 2025, introducing safe, reliable, and affordable transportation for residents. The event marked the city’s first fully licensed motorcycle ride-hailing service.

The program was attended by Maxim executives, including Mark Jazpher Dinglasan, Head of Maxim Batangas, company officials, and local government representatives.
During his presentation, Dinglasan explained the service rates and highlighted Maxim’s commitment to safe, professional transport. He noted that the service offers a minimum fare designed to be accessible to all segments of the population, providing affordable trips even during heavy traffic conditions. He also emphasized that this platform provides an opportunity for motorcycle owners to earn additional income by joining as driver-partners.

Andres Morales, Jr., President of Maxim Rides & Food Delivery, expressed gratitude to the Land Transportation Office (LTO), the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), LGU, and other local authorities for their support in this development in the transportation sector making this launch possible.
After the formal ceremony, the first batch of thirty driver-partners and local officials proceeded to the venue for a hands-on demonstration. The drivers showcased safety maneuvers and responsible riding practices, reflecting the comprehensive training they completed to meet Maxim’s strict safety and service standards.

“Maxim is more than just a ride – it’s about care, trust, and comfort,” Dinglasan said. “We are proud to be the first legal Moto Taxi operator in Batangas, offering residents a modern mobility option while providing new earning opportunities for our driver-partners.”
