Sofia Trazona has publicly appealed to netizens to stop sending hate toward her mother, former SexBomb Girls member Izzy Trazona.
On Facebook, Sofia emphasized that despite ongoing controversies surrounding their family, she and her mother are okay.
“Okay po kami ni Mama don’t worry! Please stop sending hate towards her. I love my mom so much.”
Sofia also shared screenshots of their recent text exchange, showing their effort to check in on each other.
She asked her mother: “Okay ka lang jan? Gusto mo mag shopping tayo?”
Izzy responded with a message reflecting on their journey: “One that I’m grateful, is that ang dami ng dinaanan ng relationship natin… and we fight for it, by His Grace. Magkalayo, but we know in our hearts that the love never goes out. Kahit ano pa ang sabihin ng iba.”
Sofia warmly replied: “Of course! You’re my mom kadikit na ng life ko ma. Mahal na mahal kita… I’ll never stop fighting for you.”
Izzy and her husband, Alvin Aragon, have been at the center of controversy following Aragon’s remarks about his faith, the LGBTQIA+ community, and comments involving Sofia.
Despite public tensions and previous revelations about their complicated relationship since Sofia came out as a trans woman in 2023, Sofia made it clear that her bond with her mother remains intact.
Her latest post has been viewed by many as a rare positive moment amid more than a week of intense online criticism directed at their family.
