Xyriel Manabat emerged as Best Actress at the 3rd Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival 2026 for her performance in ‘Stuck on You’, while ‘Mono No Aware’ dominated the awards night with nine wins, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor.

One of the evening’s most entertaining moments came during the Best Actress announcement, when Xyriel and fellow nominee Sassa Gurl of ‘Multwoh (Patay na Patay Sa’yo)’ were invited onstage together.

The two actresses held hands while awaiting the result, turning the announcement into a playful beauty pageant-style finale that amused the audience.

Xyriel ultimately took home the acting trophy for ‘Stuck on You’, directed by Mikko Baldoza.

BC Amparado’s ‘Mono No Aware’ emerged as the festival’s most awarded full-length entry, securing nine recognitions across major acting, directing and technical categories.

Aside from Best Picture, the film won Best Director for Amparado, Best Actor for Juan Karlos Labajo and Best Supporting Actress for Momoko Kobayashi.

It also received the International Jury Award, Best Ensemble, Best Cinematography for TM Malones, Best Editing for Edmund Telmo and Best Sound Design for Willie Apa Jr.

Meanwhile, Apol of My Ai earned the Jury Prize, with Zanjoe Marudo winning Best Supporting Actor and Zion Cruz receiving the Best Child Performer award.

Multwoh (Patay na Patay Sa’yo), starring Sassa Gurl, also secured several recognitions, including the Audience Choice Award and Best Production Design.
