Tikoy Aguiluz’s upcoming horror film “Tragic Theater” was given an X-rating twice by the Movie Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB). Aguiluz however thinks that the movie producer Viva Films will submit a new edit of the trailer for MTRCB’s approval..
