21-year-old Angelica Jane Yap, who hails from Quezon City, rose to fame when she posted her video on ‘How to make pastillas with hugot lines’ pertaining to her ex-boyfriend which gone viral in social media sites. She was one of the most hated, especially the AlDub fans, technically, she’s pitted by “It’s Showtime” to “Eat Bulaga’s” AlDub. Despite of numerous haters, Pastillas Girl chose to remain strong and humble and from there, she gained thousands of fans and admirers.
For now, Angelica still need to go through an acting workshop to enhance her acting skills, improve her confidence and professionalism towards entertainment industry. She is now being handled by Viva Artists Agency (VAA).
