After almost two years of being a host of the show, KC Concepcion has bid ABS-CBN’s weekly showbiz program “The Buzz” farewell. KC finally showed up on “The Buzz” last January 8 and made an emotional announcement about her next move.
“I’m very excited for 2012. I’m very excited for the new me, sa lahat ng napagdaanan natin talagang may bagong chapter, bagong leaf na tinu-turn over. At sa lahat ng nangyayari, naniniwala ako may dahilan,” she said during her interview with Boy Abunda.
KC is set to face a new challenge in her showbiz career as she was chosen to host the Philippine edition of the hit reality search “The X Factor Philippines” which will air in the second quarter this year.
According to some reports, KC will be replaced by Carmina Villaroel, who is expected to sign a contract with ABS-CBN in mid-January, as host of “The Buzz.” This scoop remains unconfirmed.
