“XXX” will expose the hazards of a quarry operation in Sariaya, Quezon that troubles the residents in the area who fear that the relentless extraction of huge amounts of sand from the sea would cause land erosion in their barangay.
Anthony Taberna will follow the quarry process from excavation of the sand up to where it is brought and used this Monday (April 23) in “XXX.” According to the tipster, the operation might also lead to heavy floods and the submersion of their barangay.
Fellow “XXX” anchor Julius Babao, meanwhile, will link up with entrapment operation officers to capture bogus ABS-CBN employees who ask for bribe from an amusement park operator in Bulacan. The men allegedly introduce themselves as ABS-CBN employees and are coercing the operator to pay him off or the park would be closed down.
Pinky Webb will rescue two children who are forced by their father to ask for alms under an overpass in Caloocan and whose lives are put to danger wandering the metro streets.
