Based on the working title “Sto. Niño,” this will surely tackle ‘spiritual’ characters with fictional stories just like “Aso ni San Roque,” another GMA Network’s offering on 2012. According to news, this was supposed to be topbilled by Ruru Madrid, one of the “Protege” season 2 finalists, but because of religion, he backed out on the project.
This year will be Miguel’s 10th year of being an official Kapuso since he joined “Starstruck Kids” hosted by Jolina Magdangal where he landed as ‘First Prince.’ Aside from his innocent face, Miguel’s acting skills I believe leveled up at least a little. I just want him to undergo workshop more on speech because he’s kinda ‘bulol.’
Direk Maryo J. delos Reyes, known for great TV series topbilled by kids, will helm this project which will start soon.
