Maricel Soriano is undeniably a great actress, an icon and no one can ever grab her title the ‘Diamond Star.’ But today is very different from 80s and 90s. The hit series/movies nowadays are not just about the popular celebrities included in a project, it’s also about the story, the quality, all in all, and also how the outfit promoted the project.
Regarding Maricel’s attitude, I know nothing about that since I haven’t seen or talked to her yet but I have read some blind items from some local tabloids written by some popular Entertainment showbiz writers.
Anyways, I am a liker of Maricel’s official Facebook fan page and I have read this sentiment (below) written by her Facebook admin.

As Maricel Soriano began her TV series ANG DALAWANG MRS REAL suddenly some blind items and negative publicities started appearing obviously with the same malicious intent. But when insiders in GMA, the director and fellow cast members are asked they never knew where these stories are coming from. They continue to confirm the “happy set” and camaraderie between staff, crew and cast.
Now rumors abound that ANG DALAWANG MRS REAL will soon go OFF AIR when it just started. All directions seem to point to an intent to discredit the show and Maricel Soriano so people will lose interest.
IS THERE A DEMOLITION JOB GOING ON? WILL THEY SUCCEED?
Many people from GMA already said that it is not true in various online forums, FB and twitter. All their TV series follow a timeline and a script that defines how soon a series will last. At times it get extended when there is a public demand for it.
In the last two weeks, Ang Dalawang Mrs Real has been enjoying a good amount of discussion on twitter, facebook, pinoyexchange.com etc. DEFINITELY IT IS NOT LIKE ANY OTHER TV SERIES – fast paced, credible cast of characters, good flow of story. More and more people are getting hooked.
Maricel Soriano continuously show why she is the DIAMOND STAR. She continuously show why she is the BEST ACTRESS OF HER GENERATION.
Many blow up in huge proportions the report that ADMR was struggling based on the ratings published by Kantar. But based on TV commercials, many advertisers continue to BELIEVE in its following.
I bet GMA also knows how many GLOBAL MARICELIANS were able to sign up for GMA Pinoy TV in the US, Middle East, UK and all over the world just for many to see Maricel Soriano’s comeback.
LET US CONTINUE TO SUPPORT ANG DALAWANG MRS REAL and MARICEL SORIANO and ensure that this demolition job STOP!
Many of us enjoy the series. But there are many out there who are just so much into the NETWORK WAR even to the extent of showing disrespect to one of the PILLARS of the network that they try to defend.

Spell GIMIK! Yang demolition job kuno laban kay Maricel ay pakawala mismo ng kampo ni Maricel para mas mapag-usapan siya at makatulong sa nilalangaw sa ratings na Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real. Ginamit pa nila ang ABS-CBN sa kamalasaduhan na ‘to at ngayon ay may bago silang demolition job laban sa magpa-pilot na serye ni Bea Alonzo tonight. Panic mode na talaga ang GMA at team A2MR.
Maganda tunay ang ADMR! Daily ko pinapanood dito sa Middle East thru GMA Pinoy TV. Kantar is nothing to me.
