Best New Male TV Personality award at the 28th Star Awards for TV Manolo Pedrosa and fellow “Pinoy Big Brother All In” ex-housemate Maris Racal will be working on an indie film soon.
The love team of Manolo Pedrosa and Maris Racal (MarNolo/ManoRis) is quickly gaining fandom. After “Pinoy Big Brother All In,” their tandem added kilig factor to “Hawak Kamay” especially to the teenage viewers. Manolo played the role of Mickey while Maris was cast as Wendy, two teenagers who started with not so good encounter that blossoms into friendship.
To be directed by Joven Tan, Manolo and Maris’ next project together will be an indie films titled “Stars Versus Me.” Many fans already admired their undeniable chemistry and even called them as MarNolo inside the “Pinoy Big Brother” house while other housemates teased and called their loveteam as ManoRis. Among their batch “Pinoy Big Brother All In,” Manolo and Maris can be considered a potential loveteam made inside “Pinoy Big Brother” house next to KimErald and MelAson. there are just some chemistry that’s inevitable like what I have seen on the previous loveteams.
Anyways, Manolo will figure in a love triangle with Janella Salvador and Marlo Mortel for their new show titled “Oh My G” slated for the first quarter of 2015. Maris on the other hand will be singing the theme song of the movie composed by Joven Tan.
