The much hyped Kapuso primetime series “Let The Love Begin” topbilled by Gabbi Garcia and Ruru Madrid aired its pilot on May 4 on GMA Telebabad. In terms of promotions, GMA PRs did all the things they can do to promote this series especially the GabRu loveteam but it’s still not enough. “Let The Love Begin” failed big time to make an impact on both AGB Nielsen’s NUTAM and Kantar Media TV ratings.
ABS-CBN’s top rating primetime series “Forevermore” headlined by Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil effortlessly defeated the pilot telecast of “Let The Love Begin.”
On AGB Nielsen’s NUTAM, “Forevermore” posted a rating of 33.1% versus “Let The Love Begin’s” 17.0%, definitely lower than “Once Upon A Kiss” finale rating of 20%. Meanwhile on Kantar Media, “Forevermore” received 33.2% while “Let The Love Begin” got 15.1% nationwide. Imagine, that’s more than a double.
This is just the beginning but we’ll see next… “Forevermore” is expected to post higher ratings as it nears its finale. Makakamove-on pa ba ang “Let The Love Begin” or mapapako na lang sila sa ibaba? We’ll see…
