Kapuso star Louise Delos Reyes may have enjoyed the prime of her youth, as she portrayed two lead roles, one in Alakdana and then in Kambal Sirena, but she has been hibernating since her last TV project.
After her lead role ended in June 2014, she was given a guest appearance in Imbestigador and Maynila. The young female star may be a-okay with her current status, but her mother seems ‘unhappy’ about the shows given to Delos Reyes. Probably, Kapuso network opted to include Louise to appear in Pari ‘Koy, a Filipino religious drama series topbilled by Dingdong Dantes.
Louise’s character as Beth will attempt suicide but will be rescued by Father Kokoy Evangelista (Dantes). Eventually, she will fall in love with priest. Delos Reyes is excited to go into tapings, again. It has been almost a year since her last acting stint.
Her 14 years in showbiz is no joke. Delos Reyes spent most of her life on TV but it looks like she has not gotten her career reach its peak. She had been jumping from one network to the other since she got into showbiz, hopefully, she won’t be compelled to leave her mother network, where she stayed longer.
Also, the mom should be contented for the guest role at this time. At least, fans and supporters of Louise will still have the chance to see the teen star on a series on a PrimeTime slot.
