In celebration of Father’s Day, “The Bottomline with Boy Abunda” pays tribute to all dad this Saturday (June 19) as it shares touching stories of father’s love through the inspiring story of Raymond, who was wholly accepted by her father despite him being openly and proudly gay.
As the sole provider for 12 children, Raymond’s father had a cataract operation as he worked as a plumber to sustain their needs. Meanwhile, witness the heartwarming story of Alexi, daughter of former congressman and actor Dennis Roldan, and how her father dealt with her sexuality after admitting that she had an intimate relationship with a lesbian.
Also, stories of honor and recognition will be shared by Jhay and Paolo who consider their dads as their greatest motivator. “The Bottomline” will also feature the story of Michelle, whose father was convicted of a crime. Afflicted by pain and despair, Michelle will share how she accepted God’s plan and then strengthened their family.
