The ABC 5’s “Sapul” morning show host Ms. Shawn Yao posted a captivating photo of a man to whom she named him as the “Cutest Beggar in Manila”.
The photo above is the actual post of Ms. Yao on her Instagram account with a caption: “Let me present to you the cutest beggar I’ve ever seen in Manila. Obviously, he isn’t really a beggar. Obviously, he is not mentally stable (but just as obviously harmless). He always showers in the Ortigas Park waterfall, begs for yosi (in accented English), and digs through trash bins. He wears no shoes and artfully ripped clothes. I thought it was a social experiment or Wow Mali at first. I always wonder what happened to him. Rumour is, it was a broken heart. Yep kids, broken hearts can drive perfectly cute guys mad.”
One of the first people that express their opinion is none other than singer-songwriter Rico Blanco when model-actor Paolo Paraiso tagged him. Apparently, Rico Blanco did not hesitate to give his opinion pertaining to the cute beggar in Ortigas, Manila.
On top of that, the rumour has been spread out to the public, the cutest beggar has seen asking for money but he do not accepts coins nor paper bills that are less than Php50.00 which means that this cute guy still have a good state of mind despite of Ms. Yao stated on her caption that he is mentally unstable but obviously harmless. Allegedly, the cutest beggar has been daunted due to break-up to the point that, he was not able to control himself that drives him to be out of his mind. She always spotted the cutest beggar taking a bath at Ortigas Waterpark and she requested to Ortigas Association to watch over him if ever something happened.
From this day on since the photo was posted online via Instagram account, could this be one of the examples that our Government Officials must do something that can help him get back on track and eventually be back to normal as he was before?
