For Popsters, voters and others who are wondering if Sarah Geronimo will endorse any Presidential candidates for Election 2016?
Here’s an update from the 27-year old singer and actress.
It can be recalled that the Popstar Princess supported the Nacionalista Party’s tandem of Villar-Legarda way back in 2010, the main reason behind why she has chosen to support the two candidates simply because of the issues concerning about women’s rights and OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers).
In an article posted by Push.com on October 17, 2015 Sarah pointed-out “I would get involved in that again if I become more knowledgeable about politics. I want to learn as much as I can about it first.”
If she will be given a chance to talk to fellow celebrities, she would be telling them a statement that will open their minds to be selective enough to support the candidates they have chosen not because of the financial offer
“Make sure to know as much as you can about the candidate before agreeing to help promoting their cause. Never say ‘yes’ to doing it just for the money. It’s important that you also believe in the person’s advocacies. After all, they will help to shape the country’s future,” Sarah added.
