The much awaited wedding of Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto is set to happen on January 2016, but as everyone expect it to be 2016’s Wedding of the year, the couple confirms that it will be a “quiet wedding,” simple and purely a family affair.
Unlike the “Royal Wedding” of Marian Rivera and DingDong Dantes, and the very extravagant “Balesin Wedding” of Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero, Pauleen and Vic plans for a simple and private ceremony with not more than 50 people to be invited and only three (3) pairs of sponsors.
“The point is, we just really want it to be private and solemn and simple. Para maramdaman talaga namin kung ano yung okasyon.” Pauleen Luna said in a recent interview.
The 26-year old actress personally arrange all things for their upcoming wedding, from the suppliers to the details of entourage. According to her, wedding preparation is already 60% done.
“So far, marami nang final… Siguro po ngayon, nasa mga 60% ang final. Konti na lang,” she said.
The renowned fashion designer Francis Libiran will be the one to make the simple yet elegant gown for the future Mrs. Sotto.
From previous reports, ‘Eat Bulaga’ host Ruby Rodriguez will be the Matron of Honor and one of the bridesmaids is Binibining Pilipinas-Universe Pia Wurtzbach.
Meanwhile, TAPE Inc. President and CEO Antonio Tuviera, Senator Vicente “Tito” Sotto and Joey De Leon will act as the couple’s “ninongs” .
Two days ago, Pauleen Luna posted a photo showing their wedding invitations on her instagram account.
