The third edition of the SILOG Awards is set to recognize the Filipino online mavens who continue to shape the daily digital experiences of millions of netizens across the country and beyond.
Organized by Dailypedia.net, the award-giving body continues its mission of honoring content creators, influencers, online personalities, groups, and families who have become part of Filipinos’ everyday online consumption.

Originally introduced in 2022 as part of the RAWR Awards, SILOG Awards began through categories focused on digital influence such as Influencer of the Year and Content Creator of the Year. Due to the rapid growth of the creator economy in the Philippines and the increasing influence of online personalities, SILOG eventually evolved into its own standalone award platform.
Now entering its third year — with the first two editions previously held under the RAWR Awards banner — the SILOG Awards 2026 will officially run from June to July 2026.
The name “SILOG” was chosen because of its strong connection to Filipino culture. Traditionally known as a staple Filipino breakfast meal paired with sinangag (fried garlic rice) and itlog (egg), silog has become a familiar comfort food enjoyed across generations.
Beyond its culinary meaning, the award organizers explained that SILOG symbolizes the connection between creators and their audiences. The “maven” represents the creator or personality behind the content, while the audience represents the users and demographics who continuously support and engage with their online presence. Much like every silog meal having its own unique flavor depending on its main ingredient, every creator offers a different experience that resonates with Filipino audiences.
According to the organizers, the award’s branding reflects an “awesome, brave, and contemporary” identity that mirrors today’s fast-evolving digital landscape.
The SILOG Awards also aims to spotlight creators who have become part of Filipinos’ everyday lives through entertainment, lifestyle, inspiration, humor, gaming, family-oriented content, and other digital niches.
Following the same system used by the RAWR Awards, the SILOG Awards utilizes a three-part voting format to ensure balanced and credible results. Winners will be determined through 33.33% online votes via Dailypedia, 33.33% online search metrics gathered from LionhearTV, Dailypedia, and PH Entertainment, and 33.33% votes from bloggers, PR teams, and brand partners.
Through this format, the organizers hope to recognize creators not only for their fan support but also for their online reach, influence, and industry credibility.
As the number of Filipino content creators continues to grow, the SILOG Awards positions itself as a platform dedicated to giving these digital personalities the recognition and spotlight they deserve.
