Vin Abrenica’s shooting for ABS-CBN’s “Ipaglaban Mo” legal drama episode has started today, according to Abante.
The 24-year old actor will portray the role of a college graduate, who has no direction in life and got his 17-year old girlfriend pregnant, resulting to file a legal case against him.
2012 “Artista Academy” grand winner shared his excitement for this new project offered to him.”Finally it happened. I’ve been hoping for a long time to work with other artists.”
The younger brother of Aljur said, “Of course, I am happy because I have so much to learn and let’s admit, more viewers will be able to watch us here. I’m still grateful for TV5 for allowing me do this kind of project.” He’s grateful to topbill this project. Is he also excited to do more like this under the largest TV network in the country?
Previously in a Philstar report, he admitted he feels bad with his mother network for only giving him “limited” exposure but now, it seems both parties are in good terms that he is set to arrange some music projects alongside.
“I miss singing and performing,” he added.
Younger Abrenica also expressed his desire to work with his brother in a project. Both are set to star in Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Hermano Puli” this December but the production is still not taking shoots. If the film won’t push through, he eyes for a concert tour with Aljur.
Vin will join the cast of “Ipaglaban Mo” starring Yayo Aguila, Young JV, Celine Lim and Elise Joson.
