LionhearTV readers will again have the chance to decide by joining our online survery. Now on its fourth year, the online survey is our way of getting your feedback and letting us know what you feel. It will run for two weeks starting at 11 p.m. on January 12 and end at 2 a.m. on January 26, 2016.
Kantar Media is a market research firm that specializes in broadcast media. It gets the audience measurement of television ratings from certain areas of the Philippines using a nationwide panel size of 2,609 urban and rural homes representing 100% of the total Philippine TV viewing population.
Seven sectors are covered by Kantar Media: the National Capital Region, Suburbs, North Luzon, Central Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The Suburbs is made up of four provinces, namely, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.
AGB Nielsen also specializes in broadcast media. Its audience measurement of television ratings is taken from certain areas in the Philippines, most notably in urban areas. It uses a panel size of 1,980 homes based solely in urban areas representing 57% of the total Philippine TV viewing population.
