Kapuso noontime show “Eat Bulaga!” keeps daytime leadership while Kapamilya’s “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” reigns supreme in primetime.
In the latest AGB Nielsen Urban Luzon survey covering July 21-22, 2016, “Eat Bulaga!” remains the most watched daytime program getting 19.1% on Thursday and 19.0% on Friday. Eat Bulaga! keeps daytime stronghold after loosing in couple of occasions to “Wowowin” and “Magkaibang Mundo”.
For primetime, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” ended the week on top of the ratings board slaying the return of the much anticipated Kapuso fantaserye “Encantadia”. The Coco Martin action drama teleserye dominates primetime programming beating “Encantadia” which ranked fourth on Thursday with 21.6% and second on Friday with 23.5%. “Encantadia” was even surpassed by another kapamilya teleserye on Thursday when “Dolce Amore” placed second to “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” with 22.3%.
Meanwhile “Once Again’s” final episode was also unsuccessful as it fell short to beat rival “Dolce Amore”. “Once Again” only got 19.8% on Friday July 22 compared to “Dolce Amore’s” 22.3%.
“Pinoy Big Brother Vietnam” on the other hand remains steady taking the number 10 spot of the primetime rankings.
