More viewers nationwide tuned in to the much awaited proposal of Phil (Daniel Matsunaga) to Pinang (Erich Gonzales) last Friday (Nov 4), making the ABS-CBN primetime series “Be My Lady” score high in national TV ratings.
According to data from Kantar Media, the episode recorded 17.6% nationwide, a 7.2-lead versus rival program “Trops,” which only got 10.4%.
Netizens also shared kilig and excitement online as the show’s official hashtag #BMLTheProposal also topped the list of the trending topics on Twitter.
As the story continues, the two faces a new challenge in their journey to forever and that is to get the approval of Phil’s mother Chelsea (Priscilla Mereilles). Will Chelsea accept Pinang as her soon-to-be daughter-in-law?
