Filipina singer Morissette Amon was recently chosen to co-host a new reality show in the US to be hosted by award-winning international singer, Michael Bolton.
The Voice of the Philippines’ alumna is slated to work with Bolton in Bolt Of Talent, a new show in the US where talented performers from Asia are expected to showcase their talents and singing prowess.
Morissette turned to her own Instragram account to share the good news to her fans and fellow Filipinos. She posted a photo of herself together with Michael Bolton taken at Luneta (Rizal Park) in Manila where the taping for the said talent search is being held.
The Cebuana lass also took the opportunity to thank Star World and Fox, producers of Bolt Of Talent, for giving her the chance and for trusting her to be part of the said show. Morissette also felt privileged to be able to work with someone of Michael Bolton’s stature in the entertainment industry.
According to Star World’s website, Bolt OF Talent is an original new series “following Bolton’s search for Asia’s top musical talent. Undiscovered gifted singers go ahead to head for a dream record deal and a once in a lifetime opportunity to join Michael Bolton’s world tour.”
We’re definitely happy for this big break that landed on Morissette. She deserves this opportunity as she’s really talented and we’re proud that a Filipina will be co-hosting the show with Bolton.
