The lead star of GMA Network’s leading telefantasya “Mulawin vs. Ravena”, Dennis Trillo, transformed from being the dapper guy to the rugged and masculine Gabriel.
He did this to be more in-sync with the role and to give the justice it needs.
“Gusto ko total transformation talaga. Nagpa-haba ako ng buhok, syempre naka-armor kami so sinabay ko na doon pati ‘yung acting,” he said.
“Punong puno ng grim, gusto kong maalala nila ‘yung lakas nung dating nung hari.”
His scenes in the show are very challenging because they are filled with stunts and action-packed movements. This demanded him to go to the gym and workout in his past time to maintain his toned body.
“Tumatakbo, nagba-basketball, nag-gym, nagbubuhat,” Dennis shares. “Lahat ng pwede kong gawin para magpa-lakas para mag-improve.”
