Yassi Pressman has dropped her statement prior to the rumors sparking negative reactions from netizens saying that Kapamilya actress and close friend Nadine Lustre is “living-in” with on/off screen boyfriend James Reid.
According to the “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” star, she doesn’t know if it’s true or not but knowing the couple personally, she believes that there are things that people should leave alone.
Maybe JaDine wants to keep their privacy, she said.
“Ako, personally, wala talaga akong alam sa ganung mga detalye. Baka naman may mga pagkakataon na andoon siya (sa bahay ni James). Baka bumisita lang. Hindi ko po alam.
“Siguro may mga bagay na gusto (nilang) manatiling personal na lang.”
Yassi has been a friend of Nadine since 2014 when they first worked together for the Wattpad movie “Diary ng Panget.” Since then, the two kept a very close relationship with each other and were even tagged as “BFF Goals.”
She also added that the previous rumor linking James and Nadine’s best friend Mika Tan is false and assured that it didn’t affect the couple at all.
“Hindi naman kasi yun totoo. Parang hindi naman yata sila naapektuhan dahil hindi talaga totoo. At alam naman ng lahat na sila talaga,” Yassi said.
Even though they are public figures, she thinks that it’s their life to begin with and they decide for themselves.
“At the end of the day, we all have a choice.”
