Vice Ganda and Tony Calvento’s conflict has been quite the topic these past days. Tony Calvento was offended after the comedian made him the subject of his joke during the ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ segment of “It’s Showtime” where Vice Ganda is one of the hosts.
Tony was enraged and demanded a public apology from the comedian. However, Vice Ganda was not able to respond sooner due to his concert in Korea.
Yesterday, the comedian made the much awaited apology.
“Pasensiya na po kayo. I personally apologize. Pasensya na kayo naantala dahil ako’y nasa Korea”, said Vice. He also added that upon hearing Tony’s outrage, he immediately called him to privately apologize.
Tony posted the comedian’s apology on his Facebook account. “VICE’S PERSONAL APOLOGY ACCEPTED. ALL IS WELL. LET’S MOVE ON VICE.”
We hope that this put a period to the rift between the two.
