Sanya was reportedly blocked by GMA Artist Center to attend the presscon and Movie Premiere
21-year-old “Haplos” actress recently faced a threat in her career. Due to being a contract star of GMA Artist Center, Sanya Lopez was prohibited to attend press conferences of shows from other agencies and productions.
A ‘breach of contract’ case can be filed against Sanya once she violate her talent agency’s conditions.
On September 5, Sanya was supposed to join Jerico Ejercito for the promotion of their upcoming project entitled “Amalanhig: The Vampire Chronicle,” which was produced by VicVal Blue Sapphire Production and Viva Films.
However, because of her limitations, Sanya had to let the event pass.
Former Laguna Governor ER Ejercito, father of Jerico, shared that he understood the situation of his son’s co-star. He cited that this also happened to his leading lady Carla Abellana in his past movie “Asiong Salonga.” Carla was then under the care of Regal Films.
Jerico didn’t make a big deal out of Sanya’s absence. According to him, the actress is kind and she helps promote through her social media accounts.
“Tumutulong naman siya sa social media. Mabait naman si Sanya,” he told press.
Meanwhile, the horror-action film of Director Francis ‘Jun’ Posadas “Amalanhig: The Vampire Chronicle” becomes showing this September 20 in cinemas nationwide.
