In an interview on “Tonight With Boy Abunda,” Zanjoe Marudo clarified what he really meant when he said, ‘I’m single but not available.’ The 35-year old actor talked about the real score of his relationship with fellow Kapamilya actress Bela Padilla.
“Mabuting, mabuting magkaibigan kami,” Zanjoe explained who Bela Padilla is in his life.
Zanjoe was quoted in his previous interviews that he is “single but I’m not available.” He clarified what he meant by this.
“Yung sitwasyon ko ngayon sa buhay, hindi ko masasabing available ako pumasok sa isang relationship kasi magiging unfair ako kung sino man ang girl. Kasi yung commitment na kailangan kong ibigay, na deserve ng bawat babae, hindi pa ito ang tamang panahon.”
Boy Abunda straightly asked, “Kung handa ka na magkaroon ng girlfriend, would that be Bela?”
“Kung handa siya,” Zanjoe immediately replied.
Zanjoe also shared that his pitch for a sitcom to ABS-CBN bosses got approved. He said Bela helped on how to pitch his ideas.
Facing Tito Boy’s magic mirror, Zanjoe advised himself, “Tumatanda ka na, mag-asawa ka na.”
