There’s no doubt that ABS-CBN Corporation started grooming Elisse Joson and Mccoy de Leon for the next year. Viewers also expected them to follow the footsteps of the established love teams from the network: KathNiel, JaDine and LizQuen.
Elisse and Mccoy also feel blessed to be a part of “Ang Panday,” an official entry for 2017 Metro Manila Film Festival.
Elisse felt thankful and said:
“Sobrang thankful po kami, tapos si Coco Martin pa po ang kasama namin, director at producer nga po, sobrang thankful po.”
Mccoy, then, added:
“Napaka-pursigido po niya. Sobrang mahahawa ka sa kanya. Siguro nadala rin kami at nakasabay kami sa mga bigating artista.”
Elisse also confirmed that they received blessings for the upcoming year.
“Meron pong blessing na magkaroon na kami ng movie na dalawa. This January po, sana matuloy na masimulan na po yung shooting.”
Atty. Joji Alonso also confirmed the said project in a post from her Twitter account. The photo included Director JP Habac to helm the said future film. Furthermore, the tweet read:
“With #AllOfYou completed and #AngDalawangMrsReyes nearing completion, we begin shoot of our new film with #McLisse this January to be directed by @jphabac. Excited to begin this new journey…”
